Design Thinking aligns multidisciplinary teams around the real needs of its users. When teams apply these scalable methods, they can move faster and deliver differentiated results over and over again.
Based on that idea, they added strategies, tactics and activities to create a framework that fosters innovation in a unique way through design thinking working in diverse and agile teams.
This introductory session guides learning towards the set of factors and elements related to the interaction with the user of a product or service through the creation of a specific environment or instruments, resulting in a positive or negative perception. Listening to this user feedback is designed looking for maximum consumer satisfaction.
Growing participated in an introductory workshop on DESIGN THINKING + USER EXPERIENCE within the framework of #EducationThatMatters, organized by Socialabuy and IBM, with the aim of learning and developing digital skills for the labor market in the 21st Century.
