Uruguay Entrepreneur is an information, orientation and interaction platform for entrepreneurs. It provides information on support and tools available in the country to promote entrepreneurship, both in person and online.
It is composed of a web portal, with a networking module and a physical network of points of attention distributed throughout the country. The portal provides online resources, tools and information on the different initiatives and programs that support entrepreneurs in Uruguay, linking them with support institutions. In the networking module, entrepreneurs registered to the portal, can publish ventures and opportunities, as well as find out and take advantage of what others publish.
Uruguay Entrepreneur is an inter-institutional initiative promoted by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining, with the support of the National Development Agency, the National Research and Innovation Agency and the University of the Republic. It is a project of the National System of Productive Transformation and Competitiveness and involves the network of public and private institutions that promote entrepreneurship in the country.
