Youth Companies program is an educational program of DESEM Young Entrepreneurs aimed at high school students from all over the country.
Growing participated in the Exchange Week as Senior Advisor, being inspiration at a business level to share the experience of the HR area with teenagers, providing guidance and support to youth companies from their own perspective and experience, contrasting the concepts of the program with the real business world.
