I love welcomes and although they may not seem like it, at the office they are a challenge to create long-term relationships between the person and the organization.
In the morning we talked about the practices of entering Jr. profiles in IT companies in order to provide a theoretical-practical overview of the experience of accompaniment to the new team member and the impact it has on the experience of the people who enter to the world of work in IT.
